Oildex Releases Improved Usability, Automation and Design for Spendworks
Denver, CO and Houston, TX (PRWEB) March 09, 2015 -- Oildex, the premier cloud-based document exchange and workflow provider connecting the oil and gas industry, is pleased to announce new functionality for its Spendworks 4.0 ePayables product including a new user dashboard, auto-email dispute, intuitive administration functionality and refreshed look and feel. These new features help Spendworks customers improve efficiency and gain better visibility into their AP processes.

After log-in, Spendworks 4.0 users will be directed to a user-specific dashboard designed with the new Oildex look and feel. The new dashboard is a convenient and easy way to navigate to application sections and to view user-specific invoice graphics. The dashboard will display invoice summary information along with other user data sections like invoices received. Having a modern dashboard will allow customers to simplify their day-to-day efforts by quickly assessing and prioritizing their work through a streamlined user experience.
Auto Email Dispute is a new enhancement to existing functionality providing Spendworks the ability to automatically send dispute emails, including dispute emails from Operator to Supplier and dispute response emails from Supplier to Operator. Auto Email Dispute allows Spendworks users to further automate their processes to become increasingly efficient in their work.
With this release, Oildex has also incorporated additional functionality to the “roles and rights” section of Spendworks 4.0. This section boasts a new and improved interface that makes it simpler to assign the correct roles and rights to different users in an organization as well as having more intuitive user experience. Several popular administrator functions have been made easier to access and manage such as adding new users and viewing user’s rights. With these cleaner, more intuitive sections the time it takes to administer Spendworks users will shorten.
With this release of Spendworks, Oildex introduces the new, more modern look and improved user experience intended for all its applications going forward. Users will find the new Spendworks dashboard and new administrative sections to be a more simplified, clean user experience.
These new enhancements are now available for all Operators using Spendworks 4.0.
