Okuma America Welcomes Brittany Russell as Training Program Manager
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) April 29, 2015 -- Okuma America Corporation, a world leader in CNC machine tool manufacturing, is pleased to announce that Brittany Russell has been named Training Program Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the design, development and delivery of Okuma America training programs and initiatives and is the liaison for the Okuma Technology Institute at York Technical College.
Russell previously worked as a Learning and Development Facilitator for MSC Industrial Direct where she developed sales and technology programs. She was also the lead facilitator and designer for all new company training.

Russell holds a BA in Public Relations from East Tennessee State University in addition to PHR and Adult Learning and Development certifications. She has several years of professional experience in Adult Learning Theory and implementing Adult Training Methodologies.
