Old Savannah Insurance Agency Continues Charity Effort with the Heads-Up Guidance Services Organization to Fund Outreach Counseling
Savannah, GA (PRWEB) August 17, 2016 -- Old Savannah Insurance Agency, a family managed insurance and financial planning firm with offices serving Chatham County and the surrounding communities, is announcing the continuation of a charity effort started in June to support local nonprofit Heads-Up Guidance Services.
Heads-Up Guidance Services assists local underprivileged residents by acting as a partner organization with social agencies that are unable to offer counseling services. HUGS operates by augmenting the service plans to include counseling services that improve outcomes for clients, and this charity event plans to increase the number of agencies the HUGS program can help to become more productive members of society.
“We’ve already received assistance from many community members to support the HUGS organization. We know how much these counseling services help people, and we plan to continue this charity effort until that goal is reached,” says James Grusheski, owner and director of Old Savannah Insurance Agency.
Grusheski and his team have already established a social media presence and launched an email update system to promote the HUGS charity effort to families and business owners in the region. Over the last two years, Old Savannah Insurance Agency has worked with a dozen charitable organization and nonprofits operating in Georgia.
