Omega Capital Acquires M&M Environmental Group, LLC

Tulsa, Okla. (PRWEB) January 14, 2015 -- Tulsa-based private equity firm Omega Capital today announced the acquisition of majority ownership of M&M Environmental Group, LLC (“M&M Environmental”). Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

M&M Environmental is a leading environmental solutions provider to the oil and gas industry in the Mid-Continent region. The company provides a range of services from spill containment and rig services to completions and disposal. Headquartered in Conway, Ark., M&M Environmental has full-service field offices in Damascus, Ark., Alva, Okla. and Pauls Valley, Okla. Customers include many of the top exploration and production companies in the region.
