On Hold Company CEO Bryant Wilson Speaks at AMA Conference
Shreveport, Louisiana (PRWEB) January 26, 2015 -- Bryant Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of On Hold Company in Shreveport, Louisiana and Vice Chairman of the On Hold Messaging Association, delivered a keynote presentation at the fourth annual conference of the Audio Marketing Association of Europe last month in Manchester, United Kingdom.
“We used the opportunity to share new initiatives from On Hold Messaging Association, including possible partnership opportunities,” said Wilson. “We’re hoping to develop partnerships with the AMA to further educate our membership on the proper preparation and deployment of audio in a telephony environment. “
“We also talked about the evolution of VOIP (voice-over internet protocol) and its impact – both positive and negative - on audio marketing,” continued Wilson. “We’re exploring the negative impact in order to develop solutions that provide positive caller experiences. We also addressed the advancement of the technology in America and how Europe might be able to learn from our experience.”
Wilson shared the stage with Dr. Cornelius Ringe of Audio Branding Academy and also served as a judge at The Audibles, the AMA of Europe’s annual audio marketing awards program.
