Long Island, NY (PRWEB) February 05, 2016 -- On Feb. 1, 2016, On Top Visibility announced that Roxanne McCarville was promoted to Director of Client Services. McCarville's performance and leadership impressed the web development company so much that a new position was created specifically for her.
On Top Visibility was looking for an innovative way to account for their rapid growth. When searching for the perfect candidate to improve client retention and enhance customer experience, McCarville was the first employee considered.

McCarville, who has been with the company for almost three years, was a senior account manager before being promoted. On Top Visibility is now serving over 300 clients nationally, with McCarville set to play a major role in its continued expansion moving forward.
McCarville graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Business Economics and a minor in Marketing. She then received her Master's degree in Business Administration from C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University in 2007.
With an eclectic academic background and previous experience in the insurance industry, McCarville is expected to help On Top Visibility reach the next level of its success.
