On Two Continents, Narconon Center Graduates and Families Celebrate Recovery
(PRWEB) October 01, 2014 -- In the United States, September is officially designated as a month to celebrate the concept of recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, and three West Coast centers took this event to heart. Halfway around the world, another Narconon center near Eslov, Sweden had their own celebration of recovery with an event for graduates, families and other supporters.
The three California centers were Narconon Redwood Cliffs in Watsonville, Narconon Emerald Pines in Lake Tahoe and Narconon Pinecone Grove in Placerville. In each location, graduates and their families joined the staff in an observation of Recovery Month. Each group heard why open communication about recovery is so vital but in fact, these groups actually needed little explanation. These mothers, fathers, spouses or other family members who had watched a loved one struggle and lose everything understood very well the value of recovery. Now the graduate and the family returned to Narconon together to celebrate this victory over addiction.
Not far from Malmo, Sweden, families came from all over the countryside for a reunion at Narconon Eslov. Here, too, Narconon staff, graduates and family took the time to relax, share tales of recovery and some good food in the beautiful and quiet Swedish countryside.
