OnContact CRM Software v8.1 Includes Marketing Automation, Contact Center
MILWAUKEE, WI (PRWEB) February 17, 2015 -- WorkWise has announced its transition into the Marketing Automation and Contact Center space with the latest release of its CRM software product, OnContact 8.1. This is the only CRM solution currently on the market that includes a Marketing Automation platform and Contact Center solution at no additional cost.

The new Marketing Automation functionality allows users to easily create, automate and measure the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns using a variety of tools, including an email template designer, web form designer, workflow designer, lead scoring and website visitor tracking.
The new Contact Center functionality includes comprehensive call scripting, calling queue management and telephony integration (CTI).
OnContact 8.1 also features a new product interface, as well as major enhancements to Microsoft Outlook integration and Gmail integration.
