ONE CONNXT Delivers 26th AU Summit from Ethiopia to the World for ASBU and the EBU
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PRWEB) February 01, 2016 -- ONE CONNXT, in conjunction with broadcast partners ASBU (Arab States Broadcasting Union) and the EBU (European Broadcast Union) is on site in Ethiopia, Africa providing secure backhaul content to London and Tunis, Tunisia for live broadcast to the world from the AU Summit conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This year’s theme is “2016: African Year of Human Rights with Particular Focus on the Rights of Women.”
The AU Assembly consists of the 54 heads of state and government of the member countries, who meet once a year for the AU Summit. This body is responsible for changing the policies of the African member countries. The vision of the African Union is that of “An integrated, prosperous and peaceful Africa, driven by its own citizens and representing a dynamic force in global arena.”
