For the Company's CEO, Riji Dixon, it's personal. He and his wife Lynn were almost killed and their neighborhood demolished in a tornado in Ft. Smith, Arkansas several years ago. Since then, the home builder has been searching a system to use in building homes that look great, and at the same time would save lives.
