Onseeker® Technologies Leveraged the All-new Vine Video Platform for a Clients Social Media Campaign
Houston, TX (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- The team at Onseeker® asked their Communications Director, Frank Danna, to develop a unique approach that would help launch the Lake Rayburn Country social media campaign. Frank and the social media team chose the popular Vine platform as a launching pad for the East Texas resort.
Utilizing his expertise of the Vine video platform, Danna set out to push the envelope of Vine creation and present many of the major aspects and amenities of the serene resort through the six-second looping video service.
"My goal was to capture the essence of the beautiful resort through each Vine I created," mentioned Frank Danna, one of the most prominent stop-motion 'Viners' on the new social platform. "Lake Rayburn Country is known for its outstanding 27-hole golf course, quick access to the largest man-made lake in Texas, family-friendly atmosphere, and laid back culture. I attempted to craft each Vine around a different aspect of this prominent vacation spot."
The social media team used a blend of stop-motion, time-lapse, and single-shot techniques for each of the Vines they created for the campaign. One of the most popular Vines from the campaign even showed a 360º loop of a pro-golfer's swing.
"We loved Frank's creative abilities, as well as how he captured much of what we're about in a very unique, refreshing way. I feel like the Vine loops will be very helpful when crafting future social media strategies" said Martha Morian, Sales & Marketing Director at Lake Rayburn Country.
"It's tough to decide what my favorite Vine was," Morian continued. "I enjoyed the golfball Vine, but I very much liked the Vine of the man relaxing on the patio at our golf club. Frank and the team at Onseeker® truly captured the relaxed nature of our resort in six second Vine loops. It was great work!"
The team at Lake Rayburn Country wanted to try something new with their social approach, and decided that since Vine was still a very new, mostly untapped platform, people would pay attention and remember the creative content.
Morian continued, "At first it was difficult to think that a six second video loop could not only accurately represent our company, but also become a valuable marketing tool. Amazingly, it does both."
