OpenSymmetry to Reveal Results of Sales Performance and Technology Survey at WorldatWork’s 2013 Spotlight on Sales Compensation Conference
Austin, TX (PRWEB) July 29, 2013 -- OpenSymmetry, a global sales performance management (SPM) consulting firm, today announced it will reveal the final results of its annual Sales Performance and Technology Survey at the 2013 WorldatWork Spotlight on Sales Compensation conference, September 9-11 in Chicago. In conjunction with the survey report, company leaders will host two best practice strategy sessions and moderate the Technology Showcase to help attendees evaluate, refine and accelerate their overall SPM maturity.
WorldatWork’s annual Spotlight on Sales Compensation conference is designed to help attendees expand their sales compensation knowledge and increase their value to the organization. To provide more strategic and tactical SPM insight, OpenSymmetry senior management will host the following breakout sessions:
• Sales Compensation Best Practices for Program Administration, Monday, Sept. 9, 3-6 p.m. This hands-on workshop will be presented by Ray Wolf, senior vice president of professional services, and Iffat Mushtaq, senior director of global strategy services. Attendees will learn how to evaluate their company's current level of maturity, define future state goals and leverage tools to develop a future state roadmap. The session will conclude with attendees receiving a free copy of the survey report.
• Show Me the Numbers, Tuesday, Sept. 10, 4-5 p.m. This session will be presented by Laura Roach, chief marketing officer, and Trevor Dunham, director of business intelligence and analytics. Attendees will hear how several organizations extended the intelligence of their SPM solutions, and walk away with the tactical steps for delivering visual, concise, timely and mobile business data to improve sales performance within their own environment.
• The Technology Showcase, Sept. 9-10, is a new offering for conference attendees this year. Rob Blohm, OpenSymmetry’s senior vice president of global sales, will moderate this two-day showcase with leading SPM technology vendors. The showcase will include a panel discussion with the technology solution providers who completed the first showcase. Attendees who want to learn how to solve complex SPM challenges using various software technologies, data and analysis should not miss this opportunity.
In July, OpenSymmetry launched their annual Sales Performance and Technology Survey. The survey is live and can be accessed here. The objective of the survey is to identify industry best practices and trends shaping the way organizations of all sizes are currently designing and managing their SPM implementations. Survey results will be shared with participants before August 12 and to the public during the conference.
