Optimaze Inc. Announces John P. Vasellina as Product Manager, Workplace Development Solutions
Redwood City, CA (PRWEB) April 29, 2014 -- Optimaze Inc., a subsidiary of Rapal, a Finnish market leader in integrated workplace management systems software, today announced the appointment of John Vasellina as Product Manager, Workplace Development Solutions.
John comes to Optimaze from Genentech, where he served as Manager, Career Development and helped to design, develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of companywide career development strategies, interventions, and initiatives. Previous positions during his eight-year career at Genentech included Interim Manager, Genentech CareerLab, Training Program Manager, and Learning Technologies Specialist. He also worked in the IT department.
In his role at Optimaze, John will bring his extensive organizational development and technical expertise to help define the next generation of Optimaze work environment software products. “My task is to help scale our consulting process and workplace development interventions through automated tools and databases and do it as efficiently as possible,” Vasellina said. “We’re here to help our customers by offering as much value as we can as fast as possible and at a low price point.”
