She played an integral role in the ongoing success of the practice and helped establish Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery as a leader in the industry by upholding the vision of Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Nichter in creating a place where patients come to receive the highest level of care and treatment in an intimate family-like environment. Eileen Asahi will stay on as Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery's Chief Financial Officer in Orange County, CA.

After interviewing numerous candidates for the practice administrator position, it was was clear to Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Nichter that Mary Saadat was the perfect fit for the role. Prior to joining the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery in Orange County, CA., Mary was the Managing Director of Apple Valley Skin & Body Institute, a premier medical spa serving over 5,000 patients throughout the region. In addition, She brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare management focused on healthcare operations, patient care and satisfaction, staff training, business development, strategic partnerships, and aesthetic/cosmetic medicine and plastic surgery management expertise.
Mary Saadat received her Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders and was awarded Magna Cum Laude from California State University - Fresno. She went on to receive her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. Mary’s extensive educational background includes receiving her General Certificate of Education in French from the University of London.
As practice administrator, Mary will oversee Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery's business operations, provide continued support and training for the staff, and assist with growing their in-house medical spa, BioSpa. Mary will report directly to Orange County plastic surgeons and directors of the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery, Dr. Jed Horowitz and Dr. Larry Nichter.
