SECAUCUS, NJ (PRWEB UK) 29 October 2014 -- OrangeHRM Inc., “The world’s most popular open source HR Management software” announced today the availability of version 3.2 of the OrangeHRM open source edition. The build is now available for download via http://www.orangehrm.com or http://www.sourceforge.com.
OrangeHRM is closing down on a million downloads on sourceforge.com and its users are scattered across the globe in the millions. After a major UI improvement with version 3.0 the open source roadmap has focused on security and performance improvements. Please visit here to learn more about the releases. Version 3.2 has delivered long awaited performance module enhancements and an attractive dashboard.
The performance management module now includes a self-review, supervisor or manager reviews and a final admin approval. The review forms have been redesigned for better usability. A bigger addition to the module is the performance tracker, which is a tool designed to allow managers and other stake holders to keep track of employee feedback and other observations which may be positives or negatives.
The dashboard on the other hand will act as the new home screen for all users. It features a quick launch panel, an employee distribution graph and a list which displays the pending leave requests which acts as a reminder and prompts quick action.
“We are honored to have millions of users’ login to OrangeHRM every day,” commented Sujee Saparamadu, Co-founder and CEO of OrangeHRM. “We will continue to enhance the open source edition in the coming year with some great additions.”
Earlier this year OrangeHRM made it to the CIO reviews 20 most promising HR technology solution providers, which was powered by a supportive user community throughout the world.
