With Oregami Luggage, travelers can easily organize their items in the three-compartment trays and avoid rolling or folding their items. With current luggage designs, travelers have to destroy neatly organized luggage bins when they arrive at their destination in order to find the item they want to wear or use. With Oregami, the items can be easily organized by day, type of clothing, dirty and clean, shoes and sweaters and more and the item can be seen in seconds.
“Some of our family and friends have Oregami test samples right now in order to give us feedback on the functionality, and the response we are receiving is incredible,” said Oregami Luggage CEO David Kao. “Just last week in the airport, one of our product testers needed to retrieve an item for his daughter from his Oregami Luggage. He was easily able to find the item without holding up the line, and before he knew it a crowd gathered asking him where they could get one for themselves.”
Oregami Luggage comes in two sizes. The Carry-on Spinner has 360-degree rolling wheels, three-compartment trays, an inside pocket for delicates and is the approved size for most airline overhead compartments. There is also a padded laptop or tablet pocket and it weighs only 9 pounds.
The Oregami Touring 1000 is a large rolling duffle with a retractable handle and two wheels for easy carry. There is an ID, passport or wallet area for easy access and travelers can switch between half-size compartment trays and full-size compartment trays to accommodate items like ski boots, helmets and larger jackets.
