Orlando Dumpster Rental Company Providing Services for New Retirement Home Construction

Sunshine Recycling is working with Colson and Colson General Contractors on the project.
The construction project involves building one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in the Orchard Heights Gracious Retirement Living community in Clermont. The project is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2014. Orchard Heights offers both retirement living and assisted living.
Community amenities include a dining hall with a chef, who crafts three meals from scratch per day, plus a 24-hour fruit bar, and coffee and snack bar. The community is full-service in that it also includes a barber and beauty shop, craft and card rooms, exercise opportunities, billiards, laundry and housekeeping services. The new apartments will include kitchenettes, drapes, linens and 24-hour emergency pull cords in each room. Staff is available 24 hours each day to assist community members.
“Our roll-off dumpsters on site will collect all the standard construction debris like wood, paper, metal and cardboard. We’ll then haul the debris to the right waste management or recycling facility,” said Chuck Herb, owner of Sunshine Recycling.
