OTB Solutions Welcomes New Partners
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) January 27, 2016 -- Management consulting firm OTB Solutions is proud to announce an ownership change. On Jan.1, partner and co-owner, Doug Coutts, retired. Two new partners – veteran consultants and long-term employees of OTB Solutions – have assumed ownership roles. We welcome Shelley McDermott and Jerry Tonkovich as new firm leaders and co-owners.
Fred Higgins, also a co-owner, will remain with the firm. “New ownership will bring new ideas, new energy and ambitious plans for growth and that should mean additional opportunities for many,” Higgins said.
McDermott has been with OTB for five years. She brings a wealth of experience in management consulting, healthcare operations, technical project management and strategic planning. Ms. McDermott is a trusted advisor of many leaders in the Pacific Northwest, across many industries.
Tonkovich has been with OTB for 11 years. He is a healthcare industry veteran with hundreds of engagements on his resume. He previously served as co-chair of the Community Health Information Technology Alliance and has worked with many of the major healthcare entities in the Pacific Northwest.
Higgins said that the moves are consistent with OTB’s expansion efforts. “OTB Solutions will remain headquartered in Seattle, though we opened an Olympia office in 2015,” he said. “We are growing across the region, by focusing on increasing existing market penetration.”
Coutts said he will spend his “semi-retirement” teaching scuba diving, and maybe doing some “light” consulting for OTB Solutions, where his wife is also a long-time consultant.
