OTRS Group Announces First Help Desk System Training Course in France

Users of the free to download help desk and IT service management software can learn how to:

Earlier this year OTRS launched new training in Chile; previously, these sessions were only held in the US, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Sweden and regularly in Germany.
