Outlander premium trims shine in new Libertyville Mitsubishi comparisons
LIBERTYVILLE, Ill., Oct. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Mitsubishi's 2017 Outlander SUV's highest-level trims offer car shoppers powerful engine options and a large selection of high-tech features. The SEL and GT have many of the same features, but where the two differ most are the engines under the hood, packages available and premium technologies. Libertyville Mitsubishi details all the differences and similarities between the two in its new online research page.
The 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL is equipped with a 166-hp, 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine while the GT model has a 224-horsepower, 3.0-liter, V-6. All-wheel-drive is also standard on the GT, but optional on the SEL.
Inside the cabin the two models make it clear that both are two of the most premium trims available on the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. Both the SEL and GT are equipped with leather upholstery, gloss-black interior trim, roof rails, automatic wipers and much more.
The SEL model is also available with the optional Premium or SEL Touring package. Features on the Premium package includes a sunroof, power liftgate and a nine-speaker Rockford Fosgate audio system.
Car shoppers who choose the GT model receive all the features from the SEL in addition to a 360-degree parking camera system, auto-dimming rearview mirror, steering-wheel shift paddles and heated steering wheel. On its exterior, the GT adds chrome beltline accents.
