Outlaw Fasteners Exceeds Funding Goal on Kickstarter
Charlotte, North Carolina (PRWEB) October 30, 2013 -- Charlotte based fastener design and distribution company, Outlaw Fasteners, has reached and exceeded its $100,000 funding goal on the popular crowdfunding platform, Kickstarter. Outlaw is the largest successfully funded Kickstarter project to come out of the Charlotte, NC area. Outlaw Fasteners hit their funding goal in less than 30 days from beginning the Kickstarter campaign. Due to the successful Kickstarter campaign, Outlaw Fasteners will have now raised enough funding to get production started on their revolutionary deck screws and the UniGrip Drive System.

The tiered-hexagonal screw head shape features up to 18 points of contact with the UniGrip bit – 14 more points than a traditional Philips screw. The World’s Best Deck Screw only requires the use of a single bit for every size and type of screw Outlaw Fasteners plans to make. The single bit will work on screw sizes from 5/64” to ½” in diameter, representing a significant advancement in the fastener industry.
