Over 800 New Participants Flock to Interweave Solution's Self Reliance Program in Quito Ecuador
Provo, Utah (PRWEB) September 23, 2015 -- Quito Ecuador showed it in not lacking in the entrepreneurial spirit at a Job Fair held September 17-18th, 2015. 864 people signed up to receive the new Masters of Business in the Street (MBS) program written by Interweave Solutions of the USA and sponsored by ConQuito, the city of Quito's economic development agency.
"We are pleased and excited about the local response to the MBS program," said Dean Curtis co-founder of Interweave Solution. "People want to learn how to run a business but can't afford the time or money for a college degree. Meeting on a weekly basis, setting goals, learning the "6ps" of business (Plan, product, process, price, promotion and paper work) and holding each other accountable, these new entrepreneurs learn business while holding a job or selling their wares. We have seen businesses grow and become great economic contributors!. It is exciting to see!"
Interweave will be offering 17 MBS classes in Quito in the next four months using the ConQuito training facilities around the city. Small business is an important part of the Quito's economic plan. Helping informal businesses into the formal economy is an important part of that plan.

"With the economic instability in neighboring Venezuela and Columbia, we need to develop business and support for the many Ecuadorians returning to our country. To get the MBS certificate, the graduates have to attend a weekly meeting for four months, develop a business plan and implement it, develop a home/life personal plan and offer service to the group and community.
All of the plans and financial journals of the new or expanding businesses are reviewed by Interweave Solutions for quality control. Once each person is approved they pay a small fee and are qualified to receive their MBS diploma.
