Oz Moving & Storage Partners with Toys for Tots to Deliver Holiday Happiness
New York, New York (PRWEB) December 14, 2016 -- In the spirit of the season of giving, New York-based moving company Oz Moving & Storage has partnered with charitable organization Toys for Tots Brooklyn to donate moving truck, merry manpower and good cheer to help deliver toys donated to the charity to their distribution centers.
In the week leading up to Christmas, Oz Moving & Storage employees are braving the icy NYC streets, commandeering the company’s moving trucks to transport toys donated to Toys for Tots from drop off points throughout all five boroughs. The Oz Moving trucks and their team of New York movers will deliver the toys to local distribution centers where they will be given to underprivileged children in time for the holidays.
Before the movers embark on their charity journey, the Oz web team created an Oz Moving Holiday Donations Map on their website, where New Yorkers can find a donation location near them to donate a new, unwrapped toy or a winter coat to a child in need.

At the start of the holiday season, Oz Moving hosted a holiday donations map on their website, directing visitors in the New York City area to the nearest location where people could drop off new, unwrapped toys and warm winter coats to be donated to Toys for Tots. Now, Oz Moving, is taking that commitment one step further by lending their moving trucks and logistical expertise to help ensure those toys reach their destination.
“Our staff participates in bike rides, benefit walks, 5ks, galas, and other volunteer opportunities whenever possible,” noted Fuchs. “Not only is Oz Moving happy to donate supplies and moving services, we are proud to give generously of our time.”
