PACE Honors Noble Systems for Contributions in Customer Engagement
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) April 20, 2017 -- Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in omnichannel contact center technology solutions, has received the Professional Association for Customer Engagement’s (PACE) 2017 CECP Vanguard Award, 2017 Vendor of Excellence Award, and 2017 Chairman’s Award. The awards, presented earlier this month at PACE’s 2017 Annual Convention and Expo, recognize Noble as a leader in the contact center technology market.
The CECP Vanguard Award was presented to Karl Koster, Noble’s Chief IP Counsel, for his contributions and impact within the industry, specifically in the area of Customer Engagement Compliance. The Vendor Excellence Award recognizes Noble’s commitment to the membership of PACE, through involvement in local chapters and in national events, and a corporate focus on serving the needs of and promoting the customer engagement industry. Finally, the Chairman’s Award is given to a company or individual that works behind the scenes to support the customer engagement and contact center industries and PACE in many ways.
“PACE is honored to recognize Noble Systems and Karl Koster for their forward-thinking insights in the customer engagement arena,” stated PACE SVP, Christine Haerich. “We are very fortunate to have them as such an integral part of our association.”
Chris Hodges, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Noble Systems, said, “Noble Systems has been a long-time supporter of PACE and its mission to advocate for the customer engagement community. We are honored to be recognized by the association, and look forward to a continued partnership to promote the omnichannel customer experience.”
Noble Systems is highlighting its innovative technologies for customer communications, analytics, and workforce engagement – including patented technologies for omnichannel customer contacts and compliance – at its SNUG 2017 Americas conference.
