Palma Sola Bay Club Breaks Ground in the New Year
Bradenton, Fla. (PRWEB) January 29, 2016 -- The construction of Palma Sola Bay Club’s latest building (‘Building 21’) began shortly after the holidays with anticipation of new owners moving in by the fourth quarter of this year. The upscale Bradenton community is currently completing finishing touches on another residential phase (‘Building 20’), which has only 3 units remaining for sale. Units have scenic views of Palma Sola Bay, Lake Charlotte, the community’s beautiful fountain and Florida’s lovely native birds.
“Our newest building in particular will be facing some beautiful sunsets, with all units overlooking Lake Charlotte,” says new home sales professional Barb Eberhart. “It’s something that’s really going to give homeowners a living experience like no other.” With five buildings currently on the market, the community plans to offer up to 23 separate 9-unit condominiums, all located just minutes away from the beach, downtown Bradenton, and towns such as Sarasota, Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg.
Palma Sola Bay Club is beginning the new year with a cycle of newly improved amenities. An observation deck looking out to the bay is the community’s latest feature, and will be expanded upon with the addition of a kayak launch and kayak storage in the first quarter. The community is a Featured Builder in the BIA Parade of Homes which will be open to the public the last weekend in February and first weekend in March. “One of the things we’re looking forward to most is the grand opening of our new model homes and our remodeled clubhouse, all happening in February,” says Eberhart. “We want prospective buyers to visit our model homes and fall in love with the lifestyle that Palma Sola Bay Club has to offer.”
