Pamela Christian Announces Release of ‘Examine Your Faith!’

In response, Christian has written her new book “Examine Your Faith! Finding Truth in a World of Lies” (published by WestBow Press). In it, she takes readers through the process of understanding truth and the impossibility of religious pluralism. She explores the five major world religions, and New Age beliefs, to demonstrate that these religions and philosophies cannot be blended together without serious compromise and danger for the individual.
Christian’s book is based on two core premises: the belief that human beings intrinsically desire truth, and the belief that souls and spirits are eternal. “Whenever I speak to a group of people,” she explains, “one of the first questions I ask is, ‘Who in this room wants to live your life on the basis of a lie?’ No one ever raises their hand to that question.” She believes this reveals that people want to know truth, and regard truth as better than lies.
“Examine Your Faith!” has chapters devoted to providing a basic overview of Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity and New Age beliefs, allowing readers to see the specific and contradictory distinctions. It’s Christian’s desire that people will conclude that only by discovering and living life in truth can anyone have a confident faith conviction. “Examine Your Faith!
