PAN Expands I/O Capabilities in Response to Demand for Assessment Solutions
Carmel, IN (PRWEB) April 15, 2015 -- Lilly Lin, PhD, joins PAN as the Director of Talent Management Consulting. She brings a decade of experience in the assessment and selection industry. Dr. Lin earned her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Over the course of her ten years in the assessment industry with Development Dimensions International (DDI), she has managed over $20 million in project revenue and has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 organizations. Dr. Lin has also presented and chaired at over 15 Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) conferences.
Julie Otremba joins PAN as the Director of Strategic Accounts. Her knowledge and experience in the assessment industry, along with her background in global talent measurement solutions, will assist clients in achieving their talent management and business goals through the use of assessment and measurement programs. Previously, Julie was responsible for managing strategic client relationships at CEB/SHL in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Julie earned her Master of Science degree, with an emphasis in Industrial Organizational Psychology, from Walden University.
