Panorama Towers Enhances Luxury High-Rise Condo Experience with State-of-the-Art Biometric Access Control from ENTERTECH SYSTEMS and Suprema
Amherst, New York (PRWEB) November 05, 2013 -- ENTERTECH SYSTEMS (http://www.entertechsystems.com) today announced the deployment of Suprema biometric devices for access control at Panorama Towers, an award-winning, luxury high-rise residential condominium complex located in Paradise, Nevada. The successful deployment was led by RVNUE Technologies (http://www.rvnue.com), a provider of security systems integration and solutions.
Four Suprema biometric devices were selected and deployed, including the BioStation T2, BioLite Net, Xpass and BioEntry Plus. Between the two high-rise buildings at Panorama Towers, more than 70 access points were placed under access control, including doors, garage control arms, vehicle and pedestrian gates, pool entries and elevators. Most of the readers were deployed outdoors and have proven to be robust enough to stand up to the dusty and harsh environment found in Nevada.
The feedback from Faramarz Yousefzadeh, a member of the board of directors at the Panorama Towers Home Owners Association and their lead on this project, is “Our property management and security staff are assured a secure system for access control that relies on the true identify of a person – this is essential for a luxury complex such as the Panorama Towers.”
“With Suprema devices, the residents of the complex benefit from and enjoy the luxury of the forgetful mind. Should a resident forget their access card, they have the ability to gain access with just one touch of a fingertip,” added Yousefzadeh.
RVNUE worked with the Panorama Towers Home Owners Association and Yousefzadeh to select a biometric provider. The decision was based on how biometric vendors addressed the following three very specific questions for RNVUE as the project lead and systems integrators.
1. Can the solution be quickly deployed?
2. Does the solution provide what the majority of our client base requires PLUS MORE?
3. Is there minimal rework required to keep the system operational?
ENTERTECH SYSTEMS and Suprema were selected by RVNUE to supply both the biometric devices and technically support RVNUE during installation and deployment. “Integrators don’t make money when they have to go back in. The combined ENTERTECH SYSTEMS expertise and robust, sleek Suprema readers allowed us to answer YES to all three questions,” added Petrou.
RVNUE stressed how important these three critical questions are in the selection of an access control system. “We believe that quick deployment, feature-rich technology that goes beyond client requirements and having a highly efficient operational system afterwards need to be considered at all times by any integrator – but which few companies do,” said Christian Petrou, CEO of RVNUE Technologies.
ENTERTECH SYSTEMS’ technical support team was critical for RVNUE in completing the project successfully. “Successful market adoption of any product or solution is directly related to the commitment and level of support from the manufacturer. Without it you are dependent on the skill set of the integrators,” said Petrou. “We found this mission critical requirement with ENTERTECH SYSTEMS.”
“At ENTERTECH SYSTEMS, our mission is to enable the management of people rather just credentials such as access cards or personal identification numbers (PINs) that can be lost, stolen or forgotten,” said Rob Douglas, CEO of ENTERTECH SYSTEMS. “We fully expect to see an exponential increase in biometric adoption in the daily lives of Americans and Canadians both at work and at home over the next few years. Panorama Towers, a $600 million complex, is at the forefront of this path.”
