Pantelan Real Estate Services Advises Broadtree Homes on Acquisition of Single-Family Rental Portfolio

(Broadtree), a private real estate investment company headquartered in Rochester, NY and managed by Broadstone Real Estate, LLC, has acquired 155 single-family rental homes located in Atlanta. The acquisitions took place in two separate transactions. On June 24th, Broadstone acquired the first 127 homes, and closed on the second tranche of 28 homes seventeen days later.
Pantelan Real Estate Services, LLC advised Broadstone Real Estate, LLC and Broadtree Homes, Inc. on the acquisition. In addition to providing strategic advisory services, Pantelan performed in-depth portfolio and property level due diligence and on-site inspections on the acquired properties.
