Stein brings 18 years of international experience in marketing, publishing, eCommerce and business development with such industry luminaries as IDG, Apple and Nero.
Prior to FileThis, Stein served as Chief Product Officer for Nero Inc. where he was responsible for worldwide eCommerce, marketing and product development. During his tenure at Nero, Stein also pioneered Nerokwik, Nero's latest consumer cloud and mobile solution for photo streaming.
Stein received considerable experience in the publishing and content industry from his role as Editor-in-Chief of high-tech online and print publication MACup. He also served as deputy Editor-in-Chief of Macworld Germany and was their first US correspondent, covering Apple and numerous Silicon Valley startups.
