Parkmobile Named a Finalist for 2017 Excalibur Awards Due to Collaboration with Rigor
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) October 17, 2017 -- The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the state’s leading association dedicated to the promotion and economic advancement of Georgia’s technology industry, today announced that Parkmobile has been chosen as a Finalist for the 2017 Excalibur Awards due to the company’s ongoing work to improve its digital user experience with Rigor.
The Annual Excalibur Awards celebrates Georgia companies and organizations that demonstrate the best use of technology, typically provided by a third-party, to solve complex issues and processes in business and education. Tech-enabled companies that develop their own non-commercial technology solutions to enhance their organization are also considered for the awards which are presented by TAG.
Winners are selected from among the finalists and will be officially recognized at the 2017 Excalibur Awards ceremony on October 20, 2017 at the Georgia Aquarium.
Parkmobile was selected from among over 60 applications submitted by companies and organizations from across Georgia for its work with Rigor, an Atlanta-based digital experience monitoring and optimization company. Between 80-90% of Parkmobile’s users access their service via mobile app, so a good mobile customer experience is essential for the company’s continued success. By leveraging Rigor’s digital experience monitoring platform, Parkmobile is able to identify the root cause of downtime so they can respond quickly and accurately—saving the company time and money, improving the user experience, and protecting the Parkmobile brand.
“We are truly pleased to honor the recipients of the 2017 Excalibur Awards,” said Larry K. Williams, president & CEO of TAG. “TAG is fueling the innovation economy. In celebrating these tech-enabled companies and organizations, we strengthen our message of Georgia’s emerging position as a national leader in technology.”
