Partners in Business Operational Excellence Conference to Feature Aerospace Leader Steven Moore
Logan, UT (PRWEB) September 27, 2013 -- Steven R. Moore, the general manager of Barnes Aerospace Fabrication, will be a keynote speaker at the Partners In Business Operational Excellence Conference on Oct. 2 and 3 on the Utah State University campus.
Moore’s presentation will focus on how to expand the leader’s role in the operational excellence transformation process. He is also expected to talk about eliminating the “us and them” mentality and personal agendas that exist in most organizations. Partners In Business is part of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. The conference will be held in the Eccles Conference Center on the main USU campus.
The 39th Annual Operational Excellence Conference will also feature a number of other speakers including Bryan Crowell, general manager of JD Machine Corp.; Amy Larkin, an author and the former director of Greenpeace Solutions; Ken Snyder, executive dean and chief administrative officer of the Huntsman School of Business; Joseph Swartz, director of business transformation at Franciscan Saint Francis Health in Indianapolis, Ind.; Joanne Deys, president and senior consultant at Brightside Alliance LLC; and Richard Williams, organizational psychologist at the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness.
