Pass Clock Invented for Flag Football - Designed by InventHelp Client (OCC-1054)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) June 06, 2017 -- A fair game of flag football seems to depend on the consistent observation of the five-second rule for the quarterback’s pass. Until now, however, there has been no sure-fire way to enforce that rule. Fortunately, two inventors from Long Beach, Calif., have found a way to take the guesswork out of that timing system.
They developed SHRYNE to counts down the five-second time period in which a quarterback must throw a pass during a play from scrimmage. As such, it eliminates the need for players to mentally keep track of the five seconds after the ball is snapped. In other words, it provides a more accurate and consistent timing system for flag football games.
Thus, it not only enhances enjoyment of the game but ensures the game is played fairly and in a sportsmanlike manner. This invention is also lightweight, portable, durable and easy to use. It also bypasses the "honor" or "integrity" system. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced.
The inventors’ personal experience inspired the idea. “We got this idea while playing flag football to provide a better timing system for this game because we found the usual verbal countdown inaccurate,” one of them said.
