Patagonia Health Integrates Uniform Data System (UDS) Reporting for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)
Cary, NC (PRWEB) April 08, 2016 -- Every year HRSA requires that FQHCs and FQHC look-alikes report on their performance on certain measures as defined by UDS. The task is a necessary, but often burdensome, requirement to maintain FQHC designation and federal grant funding through HRSA’s Health Center Program. Recently, Appalachian District Health Department qualified as a FQHC and completed their first UDS reporting this February.
