Pathways Announces 3rd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament Sponsors and Schedule
Sunnyvale, CA (PRWEB) June 09, 2015 -- Pathways Home Health & Hospice recently announced the distinguished committee members and schedule for its premier 3rd annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament to be held Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Stanford University Golf Course.
Golfers at the tournament will have the rare opportunity to play on the exclusive Stanford University Golf Course while supporting Pathways Hospice. Designed in 1930 by celebrated golf course architects William Bell and George C. Thomas, the Stanford course is consistently rated one of the finest in the world.
Tournament registration begins at 10:00 am with a shotgun start at 11:30 am. The Hole-in-One prize is a new Lexus, compliments of Magnussen Lexus of Fremont. The registration fee includes 30 free practice balls, welcome bag, box lunch, refreshments on the course, and golf cart, as well as the reception and dinner following the tournament. The registration fee is $395 per player or $1,580 for a foursome. All proceeds benefit Pathways Hospice, which provides end-of-life care in five Bay Area counties.
