New York, NY (PRWEB) February 12, 2014 -- The Pavonis Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary Pavonis Advisory Partners, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Helix Global Partners, LLC which will serve as the cornerstone of newly formed Pavonis Strategic Advisors. This acquisition marks the expansion of Pavonis Group’s world class global real estate and technology platform to include innovative real estate, business and technology advisory services for domestic and global corporations, public and private investors, as well as U.S. and foreign governments.
Helix Global principals, Barry M. Barovick and Elizabeth Smith Kulik, are globally recognized real estate and business leaders who have developed their advisory model to work closely with C-suite executives, boards of directors and other decision makers. Advisory Services are structured to address the opportunities and challenges of operations, start-up, transformation, expansion, and repositioning in constantly changing business and financial markets.

Barovick was formerly the Senior Managing Director/Global Director of Real Estate Advisory at FTI Consulting. Prior to his tenure at FTI, Barovick was the Chief Executive Officer with Grubb & Ellis Company and Partner/Global Director of Real Estate Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP.
Kulik was formerly the Senior Managing Director and Global Real Estate Director at FTI Consulting. Prior to her tenure with FTI, Kulik was Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Services at Grubb & Ellis Company, and President of BGK Properties, Inc.
