PayJunction Receives Gold Stevie® Award for Customer Service in 2018 American Business Awards®
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (PRWEB) May 03, 2018 -- PayJunction was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 16th Annual American Business Awards® on May 1. This marks the second year PayJunction has won a Stevie® Award in this category, having won a bronze in 2017. PayJunction also received a bronze Stevie® Award for Best FinTech Software in this year’s awards.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
PayJunction’s customer service team increased its satisfaction score from 94.2 in 2016 to 95.3 in 2017. The team answered 13,500 more support tickets and 2,475 more calls than it did in 2016. They accomplished this all while maintaining a one-minute call wait time. PayJunction’s customer service team is based out of its Santa Barbara, California, headquarters.
