PCM’s Jerry Storage Named to Prominent Association Management Industry Board
Lake Forest, CA (PRWEB) January 22, 2014 -- PCM of California, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, and the leading provider of community association management services throughout southern California and southern Nevada, announced today that Jerry Storage has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute, Orange County Chapter (CAI-OC).
Storage, who has served as General Manager of the 12,800-home Laguna Woods Village active adult community since 2010, looks forward to serving on the CAI-OC Board.
“I’m honored to work with such a distinguished group of association management professionals committed to promoting best practices and demanding the highest standards possible in our industry,” remarked Storage, who was honored by CAI-OC in 2011 as Large Scale Community Manager of the Year and by CAI National in 2012 with the distinguished Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the organization’s highest professional recognition.
CAI-OC provides an extensive menu of education and leadership resources for association management professionals in order to foster vibrant and effective community associations and positively enhancing the experience of creating, living in, and working in partnership with common interest developments.
PCM’s leaders share CAI’s mission. The company has long encouraged its employees to get involved in CAI’s many professional development workshops and educational opportunities, then give back by assuming organizational leadership roles.
“CAI’s members will benefit greatly from Jerry Storage’s leadership and tremendous bank of industry insights and expertise,” said Donny Disbro, PCM’s chief executive officer.
Storage holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Business Administration from American University. Prior to joining PCM, he worked with Black & Veatch, a global engineering corporation, as Project Director for both domestic and international projects.
