Peñitas, Texas Partners with Buxton to Support Retail Development
Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) November 18, 2014 -- The City of Peñitas, Texas, one of the oldest communities in the state, today announced that it has entered into a partnership with Buxton. The City will use Buxton’s advanced customer analytics to identify the retailers that match the shopping and dining habits of consumers in Peñitas’ trade area, and receive data-backed verification of retail potential in the community.
While retail development programs have traditionally relied on basic demographic information, the Peñitas retail attraction program will utilize customer insights that go beyond demographics, presenting a convincing case to retailers seeking growth opportunities. Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform SCOUT® will give local leaders the ability to analyze retail matches and support development decisions.
