Selina’s extensive experience includes working with student housing owners, managers, lenders, and 501c3 Foundations to review and edit finance documents and certify contract compliance. To date, Selina has been involved in more than 100 successful closings of these unique facilities totaling over $3 billion in development costs.
Stewart brings 25 years of risk management and insurance brokerage experience to the team. His knowledge and expertise in the student housing industry has won the confidence of both privately held and publicly traded multi-family real estate clients throughout the United States. Judson works closely with the 501c3 foundations that have become prevalent in P3 student housing arrangements between private developers and Universities.
