People’s Trust Insurance Deployed Rapid Response Team with Recovery Supplies and Generators for Florida Policyholders Damaged Homes by Hurricane Hermine

The Deerfield Beach-based home insurance company has a comprehensive catastrophe plan, which tracks policyholders in the path of a storm and moves materials and recovery experts into position to help them quickly.
When it became clear that Hermine would make landfall, People’s Trust sent its affiliated company, the Rapid Response Team, Florida’s largest insurance restoration general contractor, to assist People’s Trust policyholders in the storm-affected areas.
Deploying resources from its network of 12 response centers around the state, the Rapid Response Team put more than 30 trucks on the road, loaded with recovery supplies and equipment, and dozens of the 1,000 generators it keeps at the ready. It also sent more than 60 expert repair specialists to tarp roofs, remove downed trees, provide water mitigation and install generators for affected policyholders from Tampa to Tallahassee.

The Rapid Response Team specialists make 24/7 emergency repairs for People’s Trust policyholders in the event of a natural disaster or an everyday home emergency and manage repairs from beginning to end.
