Today’s powerful enhancements dramatically expand employee collaboration and inspire engagement in organizations worldwide through highly visual performance analytics and the broad infusion of the newest video technologies across all key Talent Management areas.

As 83% of human learning occurs visually, Peoplefluent’s Talent Management 11.3 release unveils a host of compelling new features that create value across the suite, highlighted by configurability to add pervasive video content*. Pervasive video content supports intelligent talent management decisions by employees and managers by adding high impact video content at the time of a transaction through configurable automated workflow processes throughout the talent management programs.

There are also notable enhancements for each solution, like the new Analytics Widget that provides real-time snapshots of key performance indictors on the main dashboard for Performance Management. The Analytics Widget provides HR managers instant access to mission-critical workforce data each time they log into the system. Managers can view workforce talent metrics, displaying information relevant to the business and helping drive fact-based decisions. Adding both analytics and pervasive video content on top of existing capabilities, empowers organizations by driving a better understanding of talent management and enabling managers to make more informed decisions.

-Competency matching capabilities enable leaders to search and map employee characteristics and skills to open roles, assuring that succession determinations are based on an individual’s aptitudes and not solely previous job titles.
-Side-by-side competency compare functionality helps leaders collaborate to make informed succession decisions with side-by-side skill comparisons of candidate competencies.
-Performance plan copy capabilities enable system administrators to copy and amend a previous year’s performance plan instead of starting from scratch.

• Learning
-Retake course capabilities make it easy for people to re-register for a course they previously completed.
-Automatic reenrollment for certification courses reenrolls people in courses requiring certification prior to expiration date.

• Succession Planning
-Advanced Organizational Charting permits visualization of the team to highlight bench strength, flight risk, organization depth and other data that is essential to make intelligent decisions during the succession planning process.
-Advanced job competency match features speed identification of succession candidates.
-Side-by-side competency comparison grids visualize how different potential candidates compare based on competency ratings.

• Compensation Management
-Worksheet drill-down features let planning managers view all data on an individual during a rewards process to support intelligent compensation decisions.
-Advanced administration features include new features to simplify designing worksheets, exporting data contained in SmartGrids and managing assignment of people to salary, stock and incentive plans.

• Recruiting
-Free/busy calendar visibility has been added to speed interview scheduling.
-Enhanced LinkedIn integration includes increased access to LinkedIn profile content and a new user experience for candidates who choose LinkedIn Shared Apply during the application process.
