San Antonio, Texas (PRWEB) December 01, 2015 -- San Antonio – Estelle Perera has been named Vice President, Scientific Affairs and Business Development of Dannemiller, Inc. and its subsidiary, LINRON® Bioskills Training Institute – both nationally recognized for their standard of excellence in delivering superior medical education across multiple disciplines.
Formerly, Ms. Perera was Senior Director, Scientific Affairs and Program Design for CogniMed, the Continuing Medical Education (CME) division of Alberomed, Inc. She led a team of scientists, writers, editors and multimedia designers generating high-quality CME initiatives and worked diligently on a number of longitudinal outcomes research programs.
“We’ve hired Estelle Perera to lead the charge in bringing Dannemiller and LINRON® Bioskills to the next level of comprehensive, full-service, Continuing Medical Education (CME) via interactive learning, state-of-the art training, and hands-on education. I am confident she will help us build and bridge many more mutually beneficial joint provider relationships and continue to develop upon our legacy of offering ‘memorable educational experiences’ for our direct events and activities as well,” said Chief Executive Officer, Linda Alvers.
Perera said she is excited about this new opportunity, “I’m joining the Dannemiller team because it has a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional medical education and has a long history of strong relationships with some of the best thought leaders in the country. It’s a firm that believes in the importance of delivering first-class, current, and relevant medical education. I can’t wait to be a part of it all - whether it’s bringing in new CME business partners for Dannemiller or helping LINRON Bioskills Training Institute build upon its core offerings at its hands-on skills lab in San Antonio. As the medical field and CME environment rapidly changes, we are poised ready to adapt and evolve.”
The newly named Vice President brings more than 11 years of valuable and in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of the CME world. Perera possesses a keen skill-set for creating and building successful educational initiatives, using innovative program tactics and strategic communications.
