Performance Validation Celebrates 25th Anniversary Serving Life Sciences Industry
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) December 07, 2013 -- On September 7th at the Sheraton in Indianapolis, Indiana, Performance Validation celebrated a quarter century of providing services to the Life Science industry. PV associates from our offices in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Georgia arrived in Indianapolis to celebrate this milestone achievement. Forty-five associates and their dates started the celebrations with an interoffice competition of Duckpin bowling at Indianapolis’s historic Acton Duckpin Bowl in Fountain Square, followed by an Oscar inspired theme dinner and Casino Royale at the Sheraton on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis.
Performance Validation is first and foremost a people centric organization. The 25th anniversary party provided a wonderful venue to recognize our associates who have helped to make PV a success. Recognition included:
Quarter Million Dollar Club, awarded to Project Leaders who have managed more than 250K of project work in the past 12 months, recognized in alphabetic order, Kristin Beckman, Neil Enlow, Kevin Marcial, Monte McMartin, Matt Moravek, Dalton Person, Mike Stires, Stephanie Welte, Zeb Wise, and Brian Zylla.
90% Club, awarded to associates who have maintained a billable labor utilization greater than 90%; Gerry Achoki, Kristin Beckman, Cami Beddow, John Branca, Kara Hickman, Matt Hopson, Matt Moravek, Dan Oman, George Onduso, Dalton Pierson, and Darren Wade.
Month Plus Club, awarded to our associates who supported our mission through extended travel, absent for greater than one month from their home, in some cases extended 100% travel; Gerry Achoki, Peter Bentley, John Branca, Marc Carls, Doug Gackstetter, Matt Hopson, George Onduso, Dalton Pierson,. Luke Stark, Mike Stires, and David Tebbe.

The capstone of the awards was the presentation of the 2013 President’s wards to one recipient from both the Indiana and Michigan offices:
Congratulation to Mike Stires, recipient of the 2013 Indiana Division President’s Award. Mike has spent the past 18 months on assignment in Kankakee, IL, and has developed the location from a short-term, first-time client to an established project team of 6…and counting. While Mike has had some valuable assistance on loan from both the Indianapolis and Michigan offices, his current team consists entirely of “new to PV” resources. As a result, Mike has had to balance the on-boarding, training, and mentoring aspects of developing a team with the aggressive demands of the technical work-at-hand, all while living 5 days a week away from his home in Indianapolis. He has more than met these demands with steadfast dedication and superior performance.
Congratulation to Monte McMartin, recipient of the 2013 Michigan Division President’s Award. Monte’s performance this past year in the face of some significant challenges is quite impressive and definitely deserving of this award! As a Site Leader Monte faced and successfully tackled many challenges this year. He dealt with changing client needs and fluctuation in staffing that took his team from four at the beginning of the year down to one person in February and back up to seven people by the end of summer. Through orientation, training, mentoring, and the active involvement of all of his team members, he has managed to create a cohesive team of both new hires and reassigned team members that has garnered high praise from the client. This is how success is measured and Monte has it in spades. Congratulations Monte!
