PeroxyChem Aseptic Packaging to Present at 2016 Aseptipak Conference
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (PRWEB) February 25, 2016 -- PeroxyChem Aseptic Packaging announced today it will present at this year’s Aseptipak USA, a global forum being held in Raleigh, North Carolina from March 1 - 2.
The session, entitled “Phase™ VTA System Integrated Sterilant: Revolutionary Beverage Container Sterilization”, will highlight PeroxyChem’s new sterilization technology, Phase VTA, the first patented peracetic acid-based product for vapor sterilization of aseptic beverage packaging.
“PeroxyChem has been developing a novel sterilization technology combining the strengths of peracetic acid wet rinse systems and hydrogen peroxide vapor systems. Phase VTA is a specialty grade of peracetic acid that is vaporized to effectively sterilize beverage containers and filling equipment,” said Pavel Korzinek, global segment manager, PeroxyChem Aseptic Packaging. “After more than four years of extensive research and development we are pleased to present test data including extensive pilot trials recently conducted in close collaboration with Stork Food & Dairy Systems. The presentation will compare the use of Phase VTA, a patented technology and sterilizing agent that is pending EPA approval, to current vapor hydrogen peroxide sterilization.”
The presentation will take place on the first day of the conference, Tuesday, March 1st, during the second session at 2:00pm. This session will be followed by a PeroxyChem-sponsored coffee break.
