PeroxyChem to Showcase Processing Assurance Control Equipment (PACE) at International Production and Processing Expo
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) January 24, 2017 -- PeroxyChem Food and Beverage Safety announced today it will showcase its newest technology offering, Processing Assurance Control Equipment (PACE), at the International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta, Georgia from Jan. 31 to Feb. 2, 2017.
PeroxyChem’s booth will highlight the new technology that is used in poultry processing facilities to provide constant, real-time data that allows processors to better manage their antimicrobial programs. PACE also records that data for historical review and auditing purposes.
