Galler joined Phillips Nizer after law school and served as the firm’s managing partner for almost 20 years until his election to administrative partner in 2014. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law (’72), and his undergraduate degree from the City University of New York at Brooklyn College (’67). He is admitted to practice in New York, the Court of Appeals for the Second and Eleventh Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.
For over two decades, Galler has been counsel to The Jewish Week, a highly respected print and online newspaper serving the Greater New York Jewish community. He is also a former president of the Yeshivah of Flatbush in Brooklyn, New York.
