Peter Callahan to Join DataSong as Executive Vice President of Business and Customer Development
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) March 11, 2015 -- DataSong® today announced that Peter Callahan will be joining DataSong in a newly created position, as executive vice president of business and customer development and member of our executive team.
“I am thrilled that Pete will be joining our team,” said CEO John Wallace. “Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Pete on several mutual client accounts. He shares our values and our focus on measurement and innovation, and he places the same strong emphasis as we do on the customer experience.”
Callahan said, “I am truly excited to join DataSong. I’ve enjoyed watching their success and the value they have created for enterprise marketers over the last few years. Between the products they have built atop disrupted technology, and the assemblage of talent they have put together, the time to capitalize on their value is upon us. Together at DataSong, we are prepared to drive and empower the next generation of marketing for CMOs.”
Callahan will have oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and operation of revenue and growth for the DataSong business, and will report to President Mike DeVries.
Callahan joins DataSong from Conversant, where he served as vice president, client development over the last 5 years. He built out their enterprise customer base, and was responsible for many of its largest customer relationships. Prior to Conversant, he ran business development for a special consulting unit within the Omniture Test & Target team, now part of Adobe Marketing Cloud.
