Petplan Announces the Final 15 for the 2016 Veterinary Awards
Newtown Square, PA (PRWEB) October 15, 2015 -- Fifteen veterinary professionals are inching closer to industry stardom in Petplan’s 2016 Veterinary Awards. Petplan today announced the Finalists they’ll take to Orlando in January where winners will be revealed.
According to the Judging Panel, comprised of esteemed pet health professionals and veterinarians, the 33 Semifinalist candidates were all exceptional, but the 15 Finalists chosen to advance stood head and tails above the competition. Finalists were selected for their impact on veterinary medicine and their commitment to providing exceptional care. In addition to pawing through over 4,800 nominations, the Panel also considered 5,917 online votes from clients, colleagues and pet parents in support of the nominees.
“This year’s group is a truly remarkable representation of the clinics and individuals providing for the health of our pets in North America,” says Petplan co-founder and co-CEO Natasha Ashton. “No matter what their role in the practice, these individuals and practices far exceeded even the highest standards of care. Our Veterinary Awards Judging Panel thoroughly reviewed each and every Semifinalist and we’re delighted to shine the spotlight on the unsung heroes they have chosen.”
