Phase 1 Construction Complete on Fairfield Native Tom Grape’s 'Sturges Ridge' Senior Living Community
Waltham, MA (PRWEB) September 12, 2017 -- Benchmark Senior Living is pleased to announce the completion of Phase I of construction for Sturges Ridge of Fairfield, a three-level, 85,000 square foot, state-of-the art assisted living and memory care community located in Fairfield, Conn., on property between the Carolton Nursing Home and Fairfield Ludlowe High School.

Key construction milestones of Phase I include the completion of the foundation and steel framing, as well as the installation of utility connections from the access road. A gathering of town officials, community leaders, Benchmark associates and residents from neighboring Benchmark communities will gather on the property at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, to celebrate the building’s progress and recognize the work of companies and individuals involved in the development.
When completed, Sturges Ridge of Fairfield will have 88 total units: a mix of 68 studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments with access to assisted services and 20 apartments uniquely designed for those seeking 24/7 access to memory and cognitive stimulation services. Additional property features will include convenient underground parking and a rooftop patio. Apartments on the top level will have “luxury box” views of Fairfield Ludlowe High School football games!
